Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn’t the case, let us know and we’ll do our best to work with you to make it right.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO BE SHIPPED?
Processing time on all products is 1 to 14 days. We will endeavour to get your orders out as quickly as possible. Please keep in mind, we are a small business; busy periods may affect this processing time slightly.
Apparel and homewares are print on demand and will be shipped directly from the supplier. 3D printed items (signs, book counter, keyrings etc) are shipped from Brisbane, Australia.
WHERE ARE YOUR PRODUCTS MANUFACTURED?
Our 3D printed products are all printed by The Twin Collective to ensure a high quality to our customers.
Apparel and homewares are printed by a variety of Australian print on demand warehouses. This is to ensure we get the best products, quality and pricing.
HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?
Most of our products will be sent via regular letter or envelope as they are small enough from Brisbane with AusPost. Shipping times for regular letters/envelope is approximately 3-4 business days once shipped.
Larger items/orders will sent via parcel post from Brisbane with AusPost. Shipping times are approximately 5-8 business days.
Apparel and Homewares:
We use a variety of print providers to ensure we get the best products, quality and pricing. For this reason, when you order more than one item, it's likely your order may be sent in multiple packages. Tracking details should automatically be sent to you for each item shipped, therefore you may receive more than one tracking email.
Shipping times for print on demand is approximately 5-10 business days
I LIKE YOUR DESIGNS BUT CAN I CUSTOMISE IT?
Yes! For most of our designs, we have kept our customers love for books and our favourite stories in mind when creating our products. However, if there's something different that's more your style, please get in contact with us and we can try and help.
